In part. Legislative and judicial progress has been made to address the reality of drug trafficking, but further efforts are needed. Over the past fifteen years, drug trafficking has undergone a transformation and internationalization, leading to a significant increase in the consumption and supply of narcotics, particularly cocaine, in France.
